Every company has its process chart–and we’re no different, in that regard.

But what makes our process unique is the double-circular nature: we don’t just iterate, but we iterate on the small stuff, while all of that iterates within the big stuff.

Let me explain: every week, we need to try this, try that, test this, change that, fix this. But while doing that in a loop, every month, we step back and review what we’re doing to make sure it’s the right thing we need to be doing.

And while doing that, there’s constant communication and feedback and data going in all directions.

It sounds a bit overwhelming, at first… but we make it fun, at least!
